What We Do
Diablo Excavation & Construction is a general engineering contracting company with a focus on underground utilities, both on the home owners side and the public. The longer we spent doing utility work, the more we ended up taking on around it.
More than just a hole in the ground
Excavation
Excavation for projects of all sizes, from footings and foundations to trenching, mass grading, and backfill. Residential or commercial, we have the crew and machines to dig it right.
We offer underground utility installation for sewer, water, and electrical, including lateral tie-ins, mains, and service connections. We're PG&E Operator Qualified (OQ) and a pre-qualified Applicant Installer, certified to work on their gas and electric facilities.
Site Work
The full scope of site preparation, including clearing and grubbing, grading and earthwork, cut and fill, erosion control, and drainage solutions. We also handle soil compaction and aggregate base placement. From residential lots to large commercial sites, we have the equipment and experience to get the ground ready for what comes next.
Paving & Gravel
We offer asphalt paving and trench restoration, including saw cutting and patching streets back after utility work. We also do gravel driveways, driveway approaches, and curb and gutter replacement.
ON CALL EMERGENCY SERVICE
We currently serve local municipalities as their on call service provider, helping to keep residents water running and streets dry.
